The activities of this confectioner involve the preparation of traditional sweets such as cakes, tarts, sponges, oven-baked rosquetes, meringues and sweet egg pudding.
Although production takes place all year round, at Christmas time the production of certain sweets increases and the public associates them with the Christmas season.

The bakery La Panadería El Jardín has become famous thanks to our guava-flavoured rosquetes.
We also make several other flavours, including orange and also chocolate varieties.

This pastry confectioner opened in 1988 in El Toscal. It continues the family tradition of cake making and baking and aims to offer the highest quality traditional products to its clients.
There are four shops in total that can be found in Los Realejos (El Toscal and La Montaña), Puerto de La Cruz, and La Orotava. However, they have also continued to add new items and products to their list, including: macaroons with seven different fillings; new flavours of cakes and tarts such as pistachio or passion fruit; and new textures such as crunchy candies and soft mousses.

They follow a rigourous handmade process which begins with the careful selection of the ingredients they use, like flour, eggs, butter, or guava. Afterwards, expert hands knead the dough in the bakery to continue the careful cooking and refined packaging.
