Tita’s Patio Rural House

Located at the foot of Friars’ Mountain Natural Monument (Monumento Natural de la Montaña de los Frailes), the casa rural El Patio de Tita is a fully restored two-century-old building, decorated in the traditional Canarian style and surrounded by a banana plantation.

It has apartments with patios or terraces, free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool and huge sundeck, hot tub, and a BBQ area with views of the ocean and of Teide National Park.

It also has an agricultural division that mainly produces organic bananas, eggs, fruit and vegetables.

The quality of the accommodation is guaranteed by the ‘Q for Tourism Quality (Q de Calidad Turística) which are audited on an annual basis by the TÜV Rheinland Group.

Casa Rural La Gañanía

La Gañanía Rural Cottage

La Gañanía Rural Cottage is an old country house that is located on a local pathway in Los Realejos. The house is over 100 years old but has been reformed for rural tourism purposes.

The main building has two floors with steps leading up to the interior balcony which connects to the two bedrooms and fully equipped bathroom. Both the walls and ceilings are made from wood and the property has been passed unchanged down the family for generations, except for instances in which new items have had to be purchased for a greater comfort.

On the lower floor there is a dining room and living room, also furnished with inherited items that have been lovingly restored by the owners. The interior patio, the kitchen, a store room and a bathroom can also be found on this floor.The third room is in the garden: a studio, separated from the main building by a pretty patio surrounded by plants.

LThe property is on 300 sq metres of land, 120 sq metres of which have been built on. The garden contains 50 sq metres of grass plus a 50 sq metre concrete slab patio that also has a covered porch of 15 sq metres. There is an outdoor parking space for two cars.

La Gordejuela Rural Cottage

This is a complex with two fully detached cottages, located at the heart of Rambla de Castro Protected Landscape. The buildings were part of Gordejuela water elevator premises, which was installed back in 1903.

These cottages with a terrace facing the Sendero del Agua (The Water Trail) have stunning views of the sea and ravines. Peaceful area that is popular with day-trippers and painters.

The property is decorated in an elegant style and some wooden floors and ceilings have been preserved. Access to the properties is via a winding uneven path that is approx. 400 metres in length, making a car essential.

The four independent houses that have recently been reformed are surrounded by gardens, patios and communal areas such as heated indoor jacuzzi, BBQ area and private parking.

The quality of the accommodation is guaranteed by the Four Ears of Wheat criteria of the ASETUR Association and the ‘Q for Tourism Quality (Q de Calidad Turística) which are audited on an annual basis by the TÜV Rheinland Group.

All of the cottages have fully-equipped kitchen, kitchen and homeware, baby equipment, hair dryer, dressing gown and swimming towels, heating, satellite TV, stereo equipment, hot water (solar powered), and private terrace with patio furniture.

This villa, which has recently been restored, and its surrounding natural environment offer guests looking for a peaceful setting a chance to enjoy sea breeze and a striking sunset.

La Rambla de Los Caballos Rural Cottage is located in the north coast of Tenerife, and is part of an estate where bananas, papayas, poinsettias and strelitzias (Bird of Paradise flower) give off a cosy and delightful aroma.

The Quinto Estate

The Quinto Estate in Tigaiga contains several rural houses that are made of stone and wood which although architecturally reformed remain faithful to the original designs.

Inside, the decoration is a combination of both modern and rustic. All of the the houses have a living room, their own kitchen and terraces with wonderful views. They are in the middle of an ecological estate measuring 60,000 sq with orchards that contain oranges, lemons, mandarins, avocados, bananas, etc.

The whole place is a haven of peace and quite in a natural environment of special beauty.

Finca La Torre

La Torre Estate

Finca La Torre is a group of 5 independent rural houses, situated in the Los Campeches, Tigaiga y Ruíz natural reserve, in a privileged place to the north of the municipality of Los Realejos.

In its manifestly agricultural surroundings, each house had a specific function in its time: Living quarters, stables or tool sheds. Today they have been converted, their interiors having been redistributed to accommodate the guests’ comfort and enjoyment. Each one of them is equipped with modern and selected items to make them especially comfortable and cozy.

The views are phantastic and go from Punta de Teno to the Anaga mountains. In its surroundings are endemic species of flora and fauna, exclusive to the Canary Islands

There are a great many palm trees in the surroundings which is why each house has been named after a different one: Canarian, Date, Kentian, Washingtonian and Areca.

Sulula Estate

The Saroga Estate is a restored manor dating from the 17th century. It is located at the foot of Friars’ Mountain Natural Monument (Monumento Natural de la Montaña de los Frailes).

The rustic studio apartments and apartments have the following facilities: 1 bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, luggage storage, heating, a kitchen with fridge, a cooking stove, and a bathroom with complementary personal hygiene products, Wi-Fi, free parking. They are surrounded by gardens and have a Canarian patio with sea views.

The complex has a BBQ area, its own allotment which produces organic vegetables, fruit and medicinal plants. There is also a small chapel and a therapy room. In the morning there is a buffet breakfast.
