The group of companies El Crustanero was founded in 1998 and manufactures high quality dried fruits, using the most modern technologies in the production process.

The company’s main activity is the production of high quality Canarian gastronomical products; they are all hand made and during the daily roasting, frying and candying neither preservatives nor colourings are used so as to obtain an optimally fresh product. These are dried fruits, Herbs, Snacks and kneaded gofio with honey and dehydrated fuit.

In 2002 we incorporated a family of Canarian products under the brand name of Oro del Atlántico. At the time we were the first to produce and sell dehydrated mojo sauces and fig bread.
