Hermitage of St Peter the Apostle – Country Estate of Castro

It is situated in the borderline of the Protected Landscape of Rambla de Castro, belonged to the Country Estate which Hernando de Castro established because of the distribution of items after the conquest. The factory of the hermitage appears afterwards, but in the first years of the XVII century there are registered references upon the existence of that place. In its inner part, a simple altarpiece guards the image of the Apostle, from the Canarian school of the XVII century.
