In the beginning of the XVII century, in Tigaiga, it is raised this hermitage under the manorship of the Inmaculate Conception. Several Construction stages, above all in the XVIII and XX centuries, have made up a large space where the headline image is lodged in its wall, an anonymous carving of the 1700s, and also four canvases of the Franciscan saints ascribed to Cristóbal Hernández de Quintana (1651 – 1725), the lovely linen of the Conception from the Canarian school, and the image of St Joseph which has taken an important transformation during these last years.
